H.R. POORE, (AMERICAN, 1859-1940) "BEAR DOGS"; advertising lithograph; measures 34 1/2" x 25"; (41" x 31 1/2" with frame) some spotting to upper portion.
These Henry Rankin Poore lithographs were used in a variety of Winchester advertisements. These dogs were reportedly part of the Winchester family hunting pack which lead to the print also being known as "The Winchester Dogs."
